Associate Web/Graphic Designer
The Associate Web/Graphic Designer will have two primary roles: first, to maintain, develop, and direct traffic to our websites; second, to assist our media department in creating graphic images and operating various digital printing devices. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a Mac based workspace and have experience in HTML/XHTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Flash and web layout.

Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by phone concerning order placement, status, shipments and products. The CSR will receive and enter phone, fax, mail, website and email orders. In addition the CSR will follow up on new sales leads and be responsible for upselling to expand sales from existing customer base. A minimum of three years customer service experience is required.
